We are looking for a Generalist Marketer to help Azuro mature as a leader in decentralized betting tech by bringing value across various aspects of our presence: content, websites, PR, events, brand.
- Have strong experience/knowledge as a marketing leader
- Already into crypto/web3 OR has serious desire and capacity to learn (and learn really quick:) )
- Comfortable getting “their hands dirty” and taking ownership (i.e. getting things done).
- Have a lot of energy and drive to create and achieve in a sometimes too-fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrate design ideas through wireframes, process flows and storyboards;
- Design mockups, prototypes, MVP’s and final products;
- Develop and support the Brand book;
- Gather and evaluate user, product business requirements with the product team;
- Build and manage the design team;
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
- 3-6 years in UX/UI design;
- 2-3 years on a Leading UX/UI role;
- Project portfolio;
- Deep understanding and experience in Agile product development;
- Good experience with wireframe and latest design tools;
- User experience analysis and customer journey map designs;
- Experience in- house with one product not less that 2 year;
- Experience with marketplace is preferable.
- Good communication skills;
- Good time management skills;
- Team spirit;
- Result oriented;
- Ability to make complex stuff top be simple;
- Sense of humour.
- University degree (Technical);
- Languages: English (not less than B2) and Russian fluent;
- Knowledge and experience in blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies is a big advantage.
